SunSirs: Vietnam's Combined Natural Rubber and Mixed Rubber Exports Fell Slightly by 0.1% Year-on-year in the first Eight Months of 2025

The latest data shows that in the first eight months of 2025, Vietnam exported a total of 446,000 tons of natural rubber, a 9% year-on-year decrease from 488,000 tons last year. Of this total, exports of standard rubber were 227,000 tons, a 20% year-on-year decrease. These included 78,000 tons of SVR10, 79,000 tons of SVR3L, and 44,000 tons of SVRCV60. Smoked sheet rubber exports were 43,000 tons, a 2% year-on-year decrease. Latex exports were 176,000 tons, a 9% year-on-year increase.

From January to August, Vietnam exported a total of 656,000 tons of mixed rubber, a 7% increase from 615,000 tons last year. Of this total, exports of SVR3L mixed rubber were 163,000 tons, a 21% year-on-year increase; SVR10 mixed rubber exports were 490,000 tons, a 3% year-on-year increase; and RSS3 mixed rubber exports were 4,500 tons, a 5% year-on-year increase.

From January to August, Vietnam's natural rubber exports to China totaled 144,000 tons, a 12.5% ​​year-on-year increase from 128,000 tons last year. From January to August, Vietnam exported a total of 656,000 tons of mixed rubber to China, a 7% year-on-year increase from 615,000 tons last year. Of this total, SVR3L mixed exports totaled 163,000 tons, a 21% year-on-year increase; SVR10 mixed exports totaled 490,000 tons, a 3% year-on-year increase; and RSS3 mixed exports totaled 3,600 tons, a 2% year-on-year increase.

Overall, in the first eight months, Vietnam's natural rubber and mixed rubber exports totaled 1.102 million tons, a slight decrease of 0.1% from 1.103 million tons last year. Total exports to China totaled 800,000 tons, a 7.7% year-on-year increase from 743,000 tons last year.
