Xinhua Finance News, Beijing, August 25 (Xinhua Finance News) -- According to the latest data from Steel Silver E-commerce, as of August 25, the total stock of steel in 38 cities and 135 warehouses across the country increased by 3.401 million tons compared to the previous week, reaching 85.417 million tons, a rise of 4.15%.
Among them, the total inventory of building steel was 46.419 million tons, an increase of 2.160 million tons (4.88%) week-on-week, including 30 cities and a total of 79 warehouses. The total inventory of hot coil was 2.0434 million tons, an increase of 78,000 tons (3.97%) week-on-week, including 15 cities and a total of 47 warehouses. The total inventory of medium and thick plates was 661,500 tons, an increase of 31,000 tons (4.92%) week-on-week, including 9 cities and a total of 14 warehouses. The total inventory of cold-rolled coated steel was 1.1949 million tons, an increase of 15,100 tons (1.28%) week-on-week, including 5 cities and a total of 14 warehouses.
