SunSirs: China's PTA Import and Export Statistics for July

PTA exports reached 374,000 tons in July, a 46.7% month-over-month increase and a 6.5% year-over-year decrease. Cumulative exports for the period from January to July 2025 reached 2.231 million tons, a 15.3% year-over-year decrease.
On August 21, the mainstream CFR China PTA quote remained at $636/ton, an increase of $9/ton from August 20.
As an integrated internet platform providing benchmark price,On August 22, the benchmark PTA price on SunSirs was RMB 4,771.00/ton, a 1.82% decrease from RMB 4,859.59/ton at the beginning of the month.
