SunSirs: The Inspection Volume of US Soybean Exports Was 518,066 Tons as of the Week Ending August 7
August 13 2025 15:01:37     SunSirs (Selena)The US Department of Agriculture's export inspection report shows that the inspection volume of US soybean exports exceeded market expectations, decreasing by 18% compared to a week ago, but increasing by 48% compared to the same period last year. As of the week ending August 7, 2025, the inspection volume of US soybean exports was 518,066 tons, compared to the revised 628,110 tons last week and 350,958 tons in the same period last year.
Before the report was released, analysts expected soybean export inspection quantities to be between 200,000 and 500,000 tons.
So far in 2024/25, the total inspection volume of US soybean exports has reached 48,367,647 tons, a year-on-year increase of 11.5%. Last week, it increased by 11.1% year-on-year, and two weeks ago, it increased by 10.4%.
So far in 2024/25, US soybean exports have reached 95.3% of the revised annual export target, compared to 94.2% last week.
