The Brazilian National Commodity Supply Company (CONAB) stated that as of August 2, 2025, the progress of the first quarter corn harvest in 2024/2025 was 99.8%, 99.3% last week, 99.8% in the same period last year, and a five-year average of 99.8%.
On July 10th, the Brazilian National Commodity Supply Company (CONAB) released its 10th production forecast report, predicting that Brazil's total corn production for 2024/2025 will reach 131,973.7 million tons, an increase of 2.9% from the previous month's estimate and a growth of 14.3% from the previous year's production. The corn production for the first season has been increased to 24.92 million tons, higher than last month's forecast of 24.82 million tons.
