According to the monitoring of the commodity market analysis system of SunSirs: the price of activated Charcoal was 12,333 RMB/ton at the beginning of last week, and the price of activated Charcoal was 12,400 RMB/ton at the end of last week, with a price increase of 0.54%.
Most domestic activated Charcoal manufacturers had stable quotations last week, and some rose. The ex-factory price of activated Charcoal for coconut shell water purification in East China was between 8,800 and 13,000 RMB/ton. The supply is still in short supply, and most industry insiders are optimistic about the future market.
Internationally: Southeast Asia, as the main source of coconut shells in the world, suffered multiple natural disasters in 2024. Thailand's fragrant coconut production decreased due to drought and pests, and some production areas in Indonesia were affected by abnormal rainfall at the end of the rainy season, and the coconut shell collection efficiency decreased. In the short term, the import price of coconut shell charcoal will remain high.
Forecast: Supported by the favorable raw materials, it is expected that the price of activated Charcoal may fluctuate and be strong in the short term.
