On May 21st, the domestic prices of dysprosium terbium rare earths declined, and the recent trading situation on the exchange was average. The price of terbium oxide decreased by 150,000 RMB/ton to 7.05 million RMB/ton, the price of terbium metal decreased by 25,000 RMB/ton to 8.8 million RMB/ton, the price of dysprosium oxide decreased by 15,000 RMB/ton to 1.63 million RMB/ton, the price of dysprosium metal was 2.215 million RMB/ton, and the price of dysprosium ferroalloy decreased by 5,000 RMB/ton to 1.615 million RMB/ton.
Market outlook
The recent market situation of terminal new energy vehicles was still good, and the transaction situation of downstream permanent magnet material manufacturers of rare earths was normal. Recently, downstream purchases were mainly based on demand, and the situation of new orders was average. The prices of dysprosium series and terbium series in the heavy rare earth market had decreased, and the prices will mainly fluctuate in the later stage.
