On April 15th, the prices of dysprosium terbium rare earth elements in China fluctuated. The recent trading situation on the exchange was average, with terbium oxide prices rising by 125,000 RMB/ton to 7.3 million RMB/ton, terbium metal prices at 8.95 million RMB/ton, dysprosium oxide prices falling by 15,000 RMB/ton to 1.71 million RMB/ton, dysprosium metal prices at 2.295 million RMB/ton, and dysprosium ferroalloy prices at 1.67 million RMB/ton.
Analysis review
Recently, the market for new energy vehicles in the terminal market has remained stable, with normal transactions among downstream permanent magnet material manufacturers of rare earths. Downstream purchases have been mainly based on demand, with average new orders. The price of dysprosium series in the heavy rare earth market has declined, while the price of terbium series has risen.
