SunSirs: The Estimated Soybean Meal Production for 2024/25 is 56.95 Million Tons

The February supply and demand report released by the US Department of Agriculture maintains the 2024/25 US soybean meal supply and demand data unchanged, with soybean meal production of 56.95 million short tons, an increase of 5.2% year-on-year; Domestic usage was 40.23 million short tons, an increase of 4.1% year-on-year; Export 17.4 million short tons, an increase of 8% year-on-year; The ending inventory was 450,000 short tons, compared to 453,000 short tons in the previous year. The estimated annual average price of soybean meal for 2024/25 is $310 per short ton, lower than the previous year's $384.11.
