SunSirs: Copper Closed Higher on January 9th

On January 9th, the price of copper futures in Shanghai rose slightly. The main contract 2502 closed at 74,920 RMB/ton, up 480 RMB/ton, or 0.64%. At 3:00 pm on the same day, the March copper price in London was 9,054.00 US dollars per ton, and the ratio of Shanghai to London was 8.27, lower than the previous trading day's 8.28. The increase in Shanghai copper futures was smaller than that in the London market.
All contracts were traded 127,816 lots, and the position increased by 3,924 lots to 410,256 lots. The main contract sold 55,090 lots, and the position increased by 888 lots to 141,689 lots.
