On November 15th, the prices of rare earth elements in the dysprosium terbium series in China declined. Recently, the trading situation on the market has been average. The price of terbium oxide decreased by 75,000 RMB/ton to 6.075 million RMB/ton, the price of terbium metal decreased by 50,000 RMB/ton to 7.325 million RMB/ton, the price of dysprosium oxide decreased by 20,000 RMB/ton to 1.725 million RMB/ton, the price of dysprosium metal was 2.4 million RMB/ton, and the price of dysprosium ferroalloy decreased by 15,000 RMB/ton to 1.685 million RMB/ton.
Analysis review
Recently, the market for new energy vehicles in the terminal market has remained stable, with normal transactions among downstream permanent magnet material manufacturers of rare earths. Downstream purchases have been mainly based on demand, with average new orders. The prices of dysprosium series and terbium series in the heavy rare earth market have declined.
