On November 10th, the commodity price index BPI was 898 points, unchanged from yesterday, a decrease of 33.13% from the highest point of 1,343 points during the cycle (2021-10-19), and an increase of 36.06% from the lowest point of 660 points on February 3rd, 2016.
According to the price monitoring of SunSirs, in the 45th week of 2024 (11.4-11.8), there were a total of 11 commodities in the steel sector that saw a month on month increase in commodity prices. The top 3 commodities with the highest increase were iron ore (Australia) (2.95%), wire rod (1.60%), and manganese silicon (1.55%). There are four types of products that have experienced a month on month decline, with the top three products being scrap steel (-0.96%), seamless pipes (-0.52%), and ferrosilicon (-0.14%).
