On September 9th, the commodity price index BPI was 882 points, a decrease of 3 points from yesterday, a decrease of 34.33% from the highest point of 1,343 points during the cycle (2021-10-19), and an increase of 33.64% from the lowest point of 660 points on February 3rd, 2016.
According to the price monitoring of SunSirs, on September 9, 2024, there were a total of 26 commodities on the rise and fall list of bulk commodity prices, concentrated in the non-ferrous sector (12 in total) and the chemical sector (8 in total). Commodities with an increase of more than 5% were mainly concentrated in the chemical sector; The top three products with the highest increase are hydrochloric acid (9.09%), dysprosium oxide (4.75%), and hydrogen peroxide (3.73%). There were a total of 60 products that experienced a month on month decline, mainly concentrated in the chemical industry (20 in total) and steel (10 in total). The top three products with a decline were liquid ammonia (-2.86%), rapeseed meal (-2.69%), and raw silk (-2.64%).
