SunSirs: Brazil's Corn Exports in July Decreased 16% Compared to the Same Period Last Year
August 08 2024 15:14:27     SunSirs (Selena)Secex statistics show that from July 1 to 31, 2024, Brazil's corn exports were 3.55 million tons, a decrease of 16.1% from 4.23 million tons in July last year.
The export value of corn reached 710 million US dollars in July, compared to 1.04 billion US dollars in July last year. The average export price of corn in July was $199.9 per ton, a decrease of 18.4% compared to the same period last year.
The export volume of corn in June was 850,893 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 17.7%. The export volume of corn in May was 421,374 tons, a year-on-year increase of 9.5%.
