On August 6th, the Tangshan Sanyou PVC plant started operating at a reduced load, with an operating rate of approximately 60%. Today, we will temporarily follow last week's quotation, with the SG-5 calcium carbide method priced at 5,700 RMB/ton and the SG-3 method priced at 5,800 RMB/ton. The manufacturer's PVC production capacity is 400,000 tons.
On August 6th, the PVC market in Changzhou remained stable, with most prices stable and some prices slightly recovering. Today's prices were raised by 10-20 RMB/ton compared to yesterday for some manufacturers. At present, the mainstream quotation for calcium carbide method type 5 is in the range of 5,400-5,650 RMB/ton.
