Jiulong Paper Industry saw an increase in shipments and a decrease in inventory levels after the Lunar New Year holiday. Due to stable market demand, the company has announced a price increase starting from March, which is expected to help improve profit margins. Bank of America predicts that Jiulong Paper's sales growth trend in the first half of the fiscal year will continue, and it is expected that sales in the 2024 fiscal year will reach 19.5 million tons, with sales in the second half of the fiscal year increasing by about 15% year-on-year. Bank of America has raised its net profit forecast for the next two years and expects further growth in net profit as new production capacity is put into use.
