SunSirs: China Steel Association: April 2023 Steel Product Import and Export Monthly Report
May 31 2023 14:03:28In April, China imported 585000 tons of steel, a decrease of 97000 tons month on month and 371000 tons year-on-year; The average import unit price is 1768.5 US dollars per ton, an increase of 6.5% month on month and 12.4% year-on-year. From January to April, imported steel reached 2.498 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of 40.1%; The average import unit price is 1726.3 US dollars per ton, a year-on-year increase of 14.5%; Imported steel billets reached 917000 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 68.7%.
