SunSirs: Ministry of Commerce: Steel Prices Slightly Increased Last Week
May 18 2023 10:09:36The market operation monitoring system of the Ministry of Commerce on May 17 showed that from May 8 to 14, the market price of means of production nationwide fell 1.1% compared with the previous week. The price of steel has slightly decreased, with ordinary medium plate, channel steel, and hot-rolled strip steel costing 4418 yuan, 4287 yuan, and 4189 yuan per ton, respectively, decreasing by 1.4%, 1.2%, and 1.0%. The price of coal has slightly decreased, with No.2 anthracite lump coal, coking coal, and steam coal dropping by 3.6%, 3.4%, and 0.8%, respectively, at 1376 yuan, 1279 yuan, and 872 yuan per ton.
