Downstream procurement was more cautious, with moderate stocking and mainly on demand. The quotation for Sichuan region was around 24,000 RMB/ton. As of the 21st, most phosphorus yellow enterprises had cost inversion, and most in production enterprises reduced their production load. Some enterprises in production still received orders and shipped goods normally, but did not provide external quotations, and negotiated on actual orders. Some enterprises in production were temporarily not accepting orders due to high costs and low prices.
