Analysis review

Under this circumstance, some silicone DMC factories are under pressure to lower the price of silicone DMC by around 300-400 RMB/ton. On September 16, the low price of the silicone DMC market fell below 19,000 RMB/ton, and the price of silicone DMC from a large factory in Shandong was 18,800 RMB/ton. Most other factories followed in the footsteps of big factories and adjusted the price of organic silicon DMC downward. As of September 16, the domestic market price of organic silicon DMC was around 18,800-19,500 RMB/ton.

In terms of upstream silicon metal, after the Mid-Autumn Festival, the domestic silicon metal (name: 441#) market remained stable as a whole. According to the data monitoring of SunSirs, on September 15, the reference price of metal silicon was 20,710.00 RMB/ton, an increase of 5.88% compared with September 1 (19,560.00 RMB/ton).

Market outlook

At present, on the cost side, the raw metal silicon market is running steadily, and the cost of organic silicon DMC has not changed much.
