Butadiene rubber prices in the Jiangsu-Zhejiang region continued to rise on August 19. Currently, mainstream quotes for butadiene rubber from Daqing, Sichuan, and Dushanzi range from 14,750 to 14,950 RMB/tonne.
Driven by high crude oil prices resulting from intensified Middle East tensions, butadiene rubber has received strong cost-side support. Spot traders in the Jiangsu-Zhejiang region have slightly increased their offers, with the current mainstream price range at 14,750–14,950 RMB/tonne; spot prices are trending strongly in the short term, representing a moderately positive market signal.
