1. [Wastepaper] On July 7, 2026, Tianjin Nine Dragons Paper raised its wastepaper purchase price by 30 RMB/tonne, bringing the adjusted delivered-to-factory price to 1,850 RMB/tonne.

Henan Xinxiang Henry Paper raised its waste paper purchase price by 30 RMB/tonne; the adjusted delivered-to-factory price (including standard VAT invoice) is 1,990 RMB/tonne.

Fujian Quanzhou Nine Dragons Paper raised its waste paper purchase price by 50 RMB/tonne, bringing the adjusted delivered-to-factory price to 1,990 RMB/tonne.
