1. [US PPI] Data released by the US Bureau of Labor Statistics shows that the Producer Price Index (PPI) rose 1.1% month-on-month in May, exceeding the market expectation of 0.7%; year-on-year, it rose 6.5%, marking the highest level since November 2022.

2. [ECB Rate Hike] On June 11 (local time), the European Central Bank announced a 25-basis-point hike for each of its three key interest rates in the Eurozone. Consequently, the deposit facility rate, the main refinancing operations rate, and the marginal lending facility rate stand at 2.25%, 2.40%, and 2.65%, respectively.

Agricultural Products

1. [Corn] Ukraine's Ministry of Economy reported that as of June 8, the country's spring grain planting area reached 5.882 million hectares, representing 98% of the planned 6.003 million hectares. Corn planting area stood at 4.367 million hectares, or 99% of the planned area.

2. [Corn] The National Association of Grain Exporters of Brazil (ANEC) estimated Brazil's corn exports for June 2026 at 645,800 tonnes. This is a 33.0% increase from the estimate of 485,695 tonnes made a week ago and a 13.6% rise from the 568,668 tonnes exported during the same period last year (contrasting with last week's forecast of a 14.6% decline).

3. [Soybeans] A weekly survey by ANEC estimated Brazil's soybean exports for June 2026 at 14.38 million tonnes. This is 2.02 million tonnes (16.3%) higher than the estimate of 12.36 million tonnes made a week ago and a 4.3% increase from the 13.79 million tonnes exported in June last year (contrasting with last week's estimate of a 10.4% decline).

4. [Soybean Meal] ANEC stated that Brazil's soybean meal exports for June 2026 are estimated at 2.31 million tonnes, up from the estimate of 1.65 million tonnes made a week ago and higher than the 1.67 million tonnes exported in June last year.

5. [White Sugar] According to the latest data from Brazil's Ministry of Industry and Trade, sugar exports in May 2026 totaled 1.97 million tonnes, down 11.9% year-on-year. Cumulative sugar exports from January to May reached 9.20 million tonnes, a year-on-year decrease of 3.5%.

6. [Palm Oil] A report by the Malaysian Palm Oil Board (MPOB) indicated that Malaysia's palm oil production in May was 1.516 million tonnes, a month-on-month decline of approximately 7%. Exports are estimated at 1.106 million tonnes, down more than 14% month-on-month; Malaysia's palm oil stocks at the end of May stood at 2.428 million tonnes, a month-on-month increase of 5.15% and above the 2.36 million tonnes forecast by analysts.
