Regarding futures, the benchmark corn contract (2607) on the Dalian Commodity Exchange closed at 2,335 RMB/tonne on June 10, up slightly by 3 RMB/tonne, with open interest decreasing by 37,600 lots. While deferred-month contracts saw slight gains overall and short-term market sentiment remains firm, the medium- to long-term outlook faces bearish pressure from expectations of abundant international supplies.
