According to data from the General Administration of Customs, China's exports of glacial acetic acid reached 96,800 tons in March 2026—a month-on-month increase of 23.33% and a year-on-year increase of 50.78%. For the period from January to March, cumulative exports of glacial acetic acid totaled 293,400 tons, representing a year-on-year increase of 64.16%.

An analysis of export destinations reveals that in March, China's glacial acetic acid was primarily shipped to India (75,600 tons), Brazil (7,300 tons), South Korea (3,400 tons), Belgium (2,600 tons), and Vietnam (1,500 tons), accounting for 78.16%, 7.54%, 3.47%, 2.71%, and 1.53% of total exports, respectively.

During the January-to-March period, China's glacial acetic acid exports were predominantly conducted via general trade. The primary destinations were India (206,500 tons), Singapore (19,900 tons), Brazil (14,700 tons), Belgium (14,700 tons), and South Korea (13,800 tons), accounting for 70.36%, 6.80%, 5.02%, 5.02%, and 4.70% of total exports, respectively.
