According to the latest customs data, in February 2026, China imported 8,700 tons of propylene oxide, a year-on-year decrease of 16.1%. The primary sources of these imports were Thailand (6,800 tons, accounting for 78.0%) and Singapore (1,900 tons, accounting for 22.0%). Meanwhile, China exported 20 tons of propylene oxide, a year-on-year decrease of 87.5%. The sole destination for these exports was Cambodia (20 tons, accounting for 100.0%).

In January and February 2026, China imported 17,700 tons of propylene oxide, a year-on-year decrease of 26.7%. The primary sources of these imports were Thailand (13,000 tons, accounting for 73.7%), Saudi Arabia (2,700 tons, accounting for 15.5%), and Singapore (1,900 tons, accounting for 10.9%). Meanwhile, China exported 54 tons of propylene oxide, a year-on-year decrease of 82.5%. The main destinations for these exports were Cambodia (20 tons, accounting for 36.0%), Thailand (18 tons, accounting for 33.1%), and the UAE (17 tons, accounting for 30.8%).
