Price trend
According to data monitored by SunSirs, since March, hydrogen peroxide prices have risen due to increased costs. As of March 10, the average market price of hydrogen peroxide had risen to 673 RMB/ton, an increase of 12.22% compared to the beginning of the month.
Cost increases drive up hydrogen peroxide prices
In early March, demand from the paper printing industry was moderate, and factory operating rates were generally low, resulting in a relatively stable hydrogen peroxide market. In the second week, influenced by the situation in the Middle East, prices of crude oil, natural gas, and other commodities surged, increasing transportation costs for hydrogen peroxide. Manufacturers, anticipating further price increases, led to a surge in prices. By March 10th, hydrogen peroxide had reached approximately 670 RMB/ton, an increase of about 70 RMB/ton compared to the beginning of the month.
Market outlook
According to analysts at SunSirs, hydrogen peroxide prices are expected to continue rising in the short term due to cost support, relatively low supply pressure, and remaining bullish factors.
