On February 24th, the spandex market in Henan province remained stable, with 40D grade quoted at 24,500 RMB/ton and 30D grade at 27,000 RMB/ton. Cost support was limited, downstream industries had not yet resumed operations, and demand was insufficient.
On February 24th, the spandex market in Fujian remained stable, with the mainstream ex-factory price for 20D at around 29,000 RMB/ton and 40D at 24,500 RMB/ton. Cost support was moderate, and downstream end-users remained on holiday, resulting in sluggish market activity.
On February 24th, the spandex market in Zhejiang remained stable, with the mainstream ex-factory price for 20D fiber at around 28,500 RMB/ton and for 40D fiber at around 24,500 RMB/ton. The overall spandex market is currently in a stalemate, with downstream industries not yet resuming operations and demand remaining weak.
