The price of corrugated paper remained stable before the holiday. On February 12th, the average ex factory price of 140g corrugated paper was 2,680 RMB/ton, which remained stable compared to the average price on February 8th.

In terms of wastepaper: Before the Spring Festival holiday, the price of wastepaper remained weak and declining. On the supply side, the recycling volume of packaging stations continues to increase, leading to a continuous improvement in shipping intentions. Some paper mills have seen an increase in the amount of goods received, resulting in an increase in their own inventory reserves. On the demand side, most paper mills have basically entered the Spring Festival holiday this week, and there have been frequent business shutdown letters, so the demand for wastepaper is slightly weaker. The paper mill's Spring Festival reserve plan has been basically completed, and the purchasing intention is gradually weakening. Therefore, the purchase price of wastepaper has been lowered.

In terms of corrugated paper: Before the Spring Festival, the prices of paper mills remained stable, but recently, several large-scale paper enterprises and bases have issued notices to raise paper prices in advance, bringing forward the plan to raise paper prices from March 2nd to February 25th, further stimulating the stocking sentiment of downstream packaging enterprises before the holiday. Downstream packaging companies have basically arranged for shutdowns and holidays this week, and market trading is mainly light, so prices continue to remain stable.
