According to the latest customs statistics, in December 2025, China imported 25,000 metric tons of PVC powder, representing a month-on-month increase of 56.7% and a year-on-year increase of 13.0%. China exported 314,000 metric tons of PVC powder, marking a month-on-month increase of 14.1% and a year-on-year increase of 35.0%. From January to December, China's cumulative PVC powder imports reached 227,000 metric tons, up 2.6% year-on-year, while cumulative exports totaled 3.823 million metric tons, surging 46.1% year-on-year.
In December 2025, China's PVC powder imports primarily originated from the United States (69.6%), Japan (16.3%), and Taiwan, China (11.2%). Exports mainly went to India (29.5%), Indonesia (6.6%), and Uzbekistan (6.5%).
From January to December 2025, China's PVC powder imports primarily came from the United States (140,000 tons), Japan (44,000 tons), and Taiwan, China (33,000 tons), accounting for 61.6%, 19.4%, and 14.5% respectively. China's PVC powder exports were primarily destined for India (1.514 million tons), Vietnam (236,000 tons), and Uzbekistan (171,000 tons), accounting for 39.6%, 6.2%, and 4.5% respectively.
