SunSirs: Supply Was Loose, the Aniline Market Weakly Declined (December 8-12)
December 15 2025 09:18:18SunSirs(John)

Price trend:

According to the commodity market analysis system of SunSirs, the aniline market weakly declined last week. On December 8, the market price of aniline was 7,812 RMB/ton, and on December 12, the price was 7,675 RMB/ton, a decrease of 1.76% during the period, and a decrease of 19.12% compared with the same period last year.

Market Analysis

The aniline market experienced a significant decline last week. Sluggish sales and ample supply led to a rapid drop in aniline prices, with a daily decrease of 200 RMB/ton, bringing the mainstream price to 7,700 RMB/ton. Market trading volume was moderate, and prices continued to decline by 100 RMB/ton. As prices bottomed out, trading volume increased, and the aniline market saw a slight increase of 50 RMB/ton. With sales pressure easing, prices stopped falling and rebounded.

Cost side: Benzene prices fluctuated at low levels this week. Port inventories continued to accumulate, and downstream operating rates increased slightly, but the impact on styrene was limited. With no significant fluctuations in oil prices, the benzene market is expected to remain range-bound in the short term.

Market Outlook

The aniline market was temporoarily trading steadily with low inventory pressure. It is expected that the aniline market will consolidate in the short term. We should closely monitor changes in raw materials and supply and demand..
