On November 19, China's National Energy Administration released October's national electric vehicle charging infrastructure data. According to the China National Charging Infrastructure Monitoring Service Platform, by the end of October 2025, China's total number of electric vehicle charging points reached 18.645 million, marking a year-on-year increase of 54.0%. Among these, public charging facilities (charging points) numbered 4.533 million, up 39.5% year-on-year, with the total rated power of public charging points reaching 203 million kilowatts and an average power of approximately 44.69 kilowatts. Private charging facilities (charging points) totaled 14.112 million, up 59.4% year-on-year, with the registered electricity capacity for private charging facilities reaching 124 million kilovolt-amperes.
