According to the SunSirs commodity market analysis system, after the National Day holiday, multiple negative factors persisted, and the domestic adipic acid market continued to decline. On October 1, the average market price of adipic acid was 7,200 RMB/ton. On October 22, the average market price of adipic acid in the domestic market was 7,000 RMB/ton, a decrease of 2.78%.

Domestic adipic acid prices continued to fall due to negative factors

Since the National Day holiday, prices for cyclohexanone and benzene, the raw materials for adipic acid, have weakened. Weak end-user demand led to a decline in adipic acid market transactions, prompting manufacturers to lower their ex-factory prices. As of October 22nd, the mainstream market price in Shandong was around 7,000 RMB/ton, and in Jiangsu it was 6,800 RMB/ton. The average domestic market price fell to 7,000 RMB/ton, a decrease of 200 RMB/ton, or nearly 3%.

Market outlook
