According to customs statistics, diethylene glycol imports in September 2025 totaled 44,700 metric tons, down 24,600 metric tons or 35.5% from the previous month. The average import price for the month was $531.34 per metric ton.

Cumulative imports for 2025 reached 391,900 metric tons, an increase of 21.94% compared to the 70,500 metric tons recorded during the same period last year.

In September 2025, diethylene glycol exports totaled 0.18 million tons, down 0.074 million tons or 28.73% from the previous month. The average export price for the month was $1,000.68 per ton. Cumulative exports of diethylene glycol in 2025 reached 3.41 million tons, an increase of 0.69 million tons compared to the same period last year.
