Pursuant to the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Import and Export of Goods and the Interim Measures for the Administration of Import Tariff Quotas for Fertilizers, China's Ministry of Commerce has formulated the “Total Import Tariff Quota for Fertilizers in 2026, Allocation Principles, and Related Procedures.”According to this document, the total import tariff quota for fertilizers in 2026 is 13.65 million metric tons. This includes: - 3.3 million metric tons of urea; - 6.9 million metric tons of diammonium phosphate; - 3.45 million metric tons of compound fertilizers.

As an integrated internet platform providing benchmark prices, on October 22, SunSirs' benchmark urea price stood at 1,570.00 RMB/ton, down 3.16% from the beginning of the month (1,621.25 RMB/ton).

On October 22, SunSirs' benchmark price for diammonium phosphate stood at 7,033.33 RMB per ton, down 0.47% from 7,066.67 RMB per ton at the beginning of the month.
