SunSirs: Malaysia's Palm Oil Inventories Are Expected to Fall for the first Time in Seven Months by the End of September

A survey shows that market participants estimate that Malaysia's palm oil inventories will fall for the first time in seven months by the end of September, due to increased exports and decreased production. Analysts on average forecast September palm oil production to be 1.79 million tons, a 3.3% decrease from the previous month. Palm oil exports are estimated to be 1.427 million tons, a 7.7% increase from the previous month. Palm oil inventories are expected to reach 2.15 million tons by the end of September, a 2.5% decrease from the previous month.
