According to the SunSirs commodity market analysis system, negative factors have been piling up since September, driving domestic adipic acid prices downward. On September 1, the average price was 7,383 RMB/ton. On September 22, the average price dropped to 7,283 RMB/ton, a 1.35% decrease.

Domestic adipic acid prices continued to fall due to negative factors

Since September, the market for cyclohexanone, a raw material for adipic acid, has remained weak and stable, while the market for benzene, a raw material, has declined. Due to weakening terminal demand, the price of adipic acid has continued to decline. As of September 11, the price had fallen to 7,300 RMB/ton. Market transactions were average, and sales were flat. These negative factors have led to a weak decline in the adipic acid market.

Since mid-September, prices for raw materials like benzene and cyclohexanone have declined, limiting cost support. End-user demand has been sluggish, leading to sluggish market transactions. Adipic acid prices have weakened. As of September 22, prices had fallen to 7,200 RMB/ton, a decrease of approximately 100 RMB/ton from the beginning of the month.

Future outlook:
