Exports from September 1 to 5 totaled 29,430 tons, compared to 169,537 tons for the entire month of September last year.
The average daily export volume so far in September stands at 5,886 tons, down 27.1% year-on-year.
Cotton export revenue so far in September reached $50 million, compared to $300 million in September 2024.
The average export price so far in September stands at $1,599.5 per ton, down 10.9% year-on-year.
For reference, August exports totaled 77,463 tons, a 30.7% decrease year-on-year.
