According to Brazil's Foreign Trade Statistics System, Brazil's total hardwood pulp exports in August 2025 reached 1.5783 million tons, marking an 11.9% month-on-month decrease but a 42.5% year-on-year increase, with a cumulative year-on-year growth of 13.9%. Among these, Brazil's exports to China totaled 647,300 tons, reflecting a 1.5% month-on-month decline but a 55.3% year-on-year increase, with a cumulative year-on-year growth of 20.3%.

According to Uruguay's Investment and Export Promotion Agency, Uruguay exported 436,600 metric tons of hardwood pulp in August 2025, a 79.9% increase month-on-month, a 3.2% decrease year-on-year, and a cumulative 10.6% increase year-to-date. Of this, Uruguay exported 172,700 metric tons of hardwood pulp to China, representing a 29.1% increase month-on-month, a 26.4% increase year-on-year, and a cumulative year-on-year increase of 25.4%.

According to Statistics Canada, Canada's total bleached softwood pulp exports in July 2025 reached 349,300 metric tons, an 8.2% increase month-on-month, a 3.5% decrease year-on-year, and a cumulative year-on-year decrease of 6.7%. Of this, exports to China totaled 167,300 metric tons, up 10.0% month-on-month and 8.3% year-on-year, but down 6.2% cumulatively year-on-year.

As of September 4, 2025, sample inventory levels at China's major pulp ports stood at 2.066 million metric tons. This represents a drawdown of 18,000 metric tons from the previous period, a 0.9% month-on-month decrease, indicating a trend of inventory reduction during this cycle.
