According to SunSirs, the domestic situation of crotonic acid in June continued the downward trend. As of June 30, the average reported price of crotonic acid was 6250.00 RMB/ton (all including tax), a decrease of 4.58% compared to the 6550.00 RMB/ton on June 1.

Supply side: The supply of maleic anhydride market in June was relatively sufficient. The upstream n-butane market was volatile and declined, and the cost support was limited. The downstream unsaturated resin maintained a rigid demand for maleic anhydride, and the operation was cautious. The maleic anhydride market was generally stable, and the market price was volatile and downward. At present, Yantai Wanhua has resumed production, and Hubei Zhongneng has started to gradually add materials for operation. As of June 30, the solid maleic anhydride ex-factory price was around 5700 RMB/ton, and the liquid maleic anhydride ex-factory price was around 5250 RMB/ton.

Upstream: The spot market price of pure benzene in Shandong area fluctuated in June. The price increased significantly in the first ten days, continued to rise in the middle ten days, and fell sharply in the last ten days. The price was 5735.33 RMB/ton on June 1st; on June 30th, the price was 5952 RMB/ton, an increase of 3.78% compared to the beginning of the month.　　

Domestic n-butane spot prices fluctuated and declined in June, and as of June 30th, the price in Shandong was around 4600-4650 RMB/ton.

Downstream: The market for unsaturated resin in June is mainly consolidating in a weak manner. Currently, unsaturated resin is still in the off-season, and downstream transactions are generally average, which limits the support for unsaturated resin. The market is heavily optimistic.
