Supply: The supply of maleic anhydride in the market has been sufficient recently, and the factory execution price has continued to fall; Yantai Wanhua is currently shut down until mid-June, Qingdao Refining and Chemical has resumed operation, Ruilai New Materials has resumed production, and Huizhou Yuxin has started to feed and operate; maleic anhydride downstream unsaturated resin manufacturers are cautious in stocking up and are mainly on the sidelines. As of May 28, the ex-factory price of solid maleic anhydride in Shandong is around 6,000 RMB/ton, and the ex-factory price of liquid maleic anhydride is around 5,600 RMB/ton.

Upstream: The n-butane market has fallen recently, and the price in Shandong is around 4,670 RMB/ton as of May 28.

Downstream: Currently, the price of unsaturated resins is mainly stable, and manufacturers have limited purchases of maleic anhydride before the holiday, mainly on demand. The downstream of unsaturated resins is just in demand, and the support for unsaturated resins is limited, and the market is in a wait-and-see mood.

The maleic anhydride product analyst of SunSirs believes that the main downstream resins of maleic anhydride are mainly stable, and the purchase of maleic anhydride is limited; the price of n-butane upstream of maleic anhydride has fallen slightly, and the cost support of maleic anhydride is limited; the maleic anhydride market currently has sufficient supply of liquid anhydride, and it is expected that the maleic anhydride market will be mainly weak in the near future.
