According to data from the Malaysian Palm Oil Association (MPOA), palm oil production in Malaysia increased by 3.51% month on month from May 1st to 20th, 2025.

Among them, the production in Peninsular Malaysia increased by 4.09% month on month, while the production in East Malaysia increased by 2.75%. Sabah's production increased by 4.52%, while Sarawak's production decreased by 2.15%.

As a comparison, Malaysia's palm oil exports increased by 24.6% month on month in April 2025.
