According to the Commodity Analysis System of SunSirs, the average market price of isooctanol in Shandong on May 21st was 7,256.67 RMB/ton, a decrease of 0.37% from the previous trading day.

Analysis review

The upstream propylene market fluctuated and consolidated, and the cost support for isooctanol weakened. The downstream plasticizer market declined, but downstream purchasing enthusiasm still existed. The upward support for isooctanol still existed, and there was significant downward pressure.
