Analysis review

Supported by downstream demand, manufacturers remained willing to raise prices, and the domestic R22 market price continued to remain strong this week.

This week, the overall prices of trichloroethylene and hydrofluoric acid in China remained stable, with raw material costs remaining stable and downstream demand remaining unchanged. The domestic R134a price continued to remain strong this week.

Market outlook

According to refrigerant analysts from SunSirs, the situation of price competition in the domestic refrigerant industry had eased after the quota is implemented. During the peak season of refrigerant demand in the second quarter, with the support of downstream rigid demand, it is expected that the prices of domestic refrigerants R22 and R134a will continue to remain strong in the short term.
