The operating rate of the acrylic acid industry had slightly declined compared to the previous period, and the demand was low in the off-season. The downstream ester device load was not high, and the demand for acrylic acid inquiry and procurement was mainly on demand. The market trading atmosphere was average, and the focus of negotiations in the acrylic acid market was weaker.

Upstream propylene, according to the Commodity Market Analysis System of Business Society, the reference price for propylene on June 15th was 6,213.25 RMB/ton, a decrease of 3.83% compared to June 1st (6,460.75 RMB/ton).

Market outlook

Acrylic acid analysts from Business Society believe that the cost support was average, while the demand side was weak. Market transactions were mainly on demand, and there was a strong wait-and-see atmosphere.
