According to the Commodity Market Analysis System of SunSirs, after May Day, the domestic DDGS market weakened and prices steadily declined. On May 19th, the average market price of domestic DDGS was 2,760 RMB/ton, a decrease of 0.72% compared to before the holiday.

Loose supply, domestic DDGS market was weak and declining

Since May, the demand for terminal aquatic feed remained average, the market DDGS market remained sluggish, and prices slightly declined. The overall confidence of alcohol factories in price support was insufficient, with an average market price of 2,600-2,700 RMB/ton, and the overall market trend weakened.

Market outlook

Agricultural product analysts from SunSirs believe that the rigid demand for terminal aquatic feed is expected to recover, and domestic DDGS may stop falling and stabilize in the future.
