Price trend

According to the Commodity Market Analysis System of SunSirs, the price of aniline had stabilized after a slight increase this week. The aniline market price was 11,100 RMB/ton on April 17 and 11,500 RMB/ton on April 21, up 3.6% from last week.

Analysis review

Pure benzene: On the 20th, the price of pure benzene in East China dropped significantly to 7,340-7,370 RMB/ton, and downstream bargain-hunting was still fair. The Shandong market had a pessimistic mentality and the focus of transactions had shifted downwards to 7,320-7,380 RMB/ton. Crude oil and external markets had fallen, and it is expected that East China pure benzene will be opened and consolidated at a low price in the morning. On Thursday (April 20th), the price of pure benzene was 7,500 RMB/ton, an increase of 0.26% compared to last week and a decrease of 10.82% compared to the same period last year.

Nitric acid: Domestic nitric acid prices have slightly decreased this week. On April 17th, the price was 2,561 RMB/ton, and on April 21st, it was 2,550 RMB/ton. The price decreased by 0.42% compared to last week and increased by 3.4% compared to the same period last year.

Market outlook

The stocking up period for May Day arrived ahead of schedule, factory shipments improved, inventory decreased to low levels, and it is expected that prices will sort out at a high level in the near future.
