Analysis review

The domestic potassium sulfate market price had experienced a slight correction trend, and the unit operating rate of processing type Mannheim potassium sulfate manufacturers remained at a level of less than 50%. The operating rate was limited, and downstream factories mainly purchased on demand. As of the 24th, the mainstream ex-factory price of Mannheim 52% powdered potassium sulfate was 3,850-3,950 RMB/ton, and the price of granular potassium sulfate was basically in line with the 52% powdered price. The actual transaction price was mainly negotiated based on the purchase order, but the overall procurement demand was relatively limited.

The overall operating rate of downstream compound fertilizer plants in the recent period was less than 50%. With the prices of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium raw materials all declining, even if there was a small amount of raw material procurement demand from downstream plants, they had maintained the on-demand procurement model, with limited market support for potassium fertilizer.

Market outlook

The domestic potash fertilizer market is in a weak downward state, with a slight confusion in the market. It is expected that the market price may be dominated by a weak consolidation trend.
