Price trend

According to the monitoring data of SunSirs, since February, the demand of the terminal aquatic feed industry had continued to be sluggish, and the domestic DDGS market had declined. At the beginning of the month, the average market price of domestic DDGS was 3,083 RMB/ton. On February 14, the average market price of domestic DDGS was 2,940 RMB/ton, and the price fell 4.65%.

Analysis review

Since February, the terminal aquatic feed industry had entered the traditional off-season, and the number of DDGS purchased had declined. After the Spring Festival, the alcohol factory resumed operation in an all-round way. The supply of DDGS was loose, and the confidence in price supporting was insufficient. The factory price of DDGS was reduced in succession. The mainstream market quotation was 2,850-2,900 RMB/ton, down about 100 RMB/ton from the previous period.

Market outlook

The agricultural product analysts of SunSirs believe that the terminal demand continued to be weak, and the DDGS will not have enough momentum to rise in the future, and mainly decline weakly.
