SunSirs: PVC Spot Price Increased Last Week (September 2-9)

According to the data monitored by SunSirs, the price of PVC carbide SG5 was increased last week. The average price was 6,504.29 RMB/ ton last Friday, and the price was increased by 0.77% in the week.
Last week, the price of PVC in the domestic spot market rose steadily. At present, the spot market is in good condition, downstream enquiries are increasing, actual order follow-up is slightly insufficient, and the market trading atmosphere is good. This week, the overall futures price rose slightly, and the market confidence rebounded significantly. Up to now, the quotation range of domestic PVC5 electric stone is mostly around 6,200-6,750 RMB/ ton.
SunSirs PVC analysts believe that the spot price of PVC rose last week. At present, the demand of PVC spot market is OK, the market trading atmosphere is good, and the spot price is slightly increased by futures. The upstream calcium carbide price rose slightly, and the support for PVC was OK. It is expected that China PVC market price will be slightly upward in the short term.
